Welcome Flau State to OT Select

Overtime Select announced over the weekend that they will be adding a new team called Flau State to the league for the 2026 season. Flau State will be led by team owner and soon to be WNBA star Flau’jae Johnson 🤩

Johnson has been an integral part of Overtime Select since its inception two years ago and now, with the league heading into its third year, she has the opportunity to own a team. Johnson has been a longtime advisor for Overtime Select and grew up attending OvertimeWBB Takeover events. Johnson spent four years at LSU who she helped lead to a national title in her freshman season. Johnson is projected to be a top-ten pick in the 2026 WNBA Draft 🔥

Johnson will be involved in the curation of the roster for Flau State as well as mentoring the players for the 2026 Overtime Select season. Johnson has a lot of experience in the world of business and will impart her wisdom to the players to help them develop their brands on and off the court 🤓

The captains for the 2026 Overtime Select season will be announced in May and the first games will tip off later this summer 📝
