📍 3 PM - Championship Game

🔥 Top Storylines 🔥

📍 Record: 2-0

📍 Points Per Game: 97.0 PPG

📍 Avg. Point Diff: +18.5 PPG

📍 Leading Scorer: Ariyana Cradle (20.5 PPG)

The All Knighters were the most dominant team in the regular season, destroying their opponents by an average of 18.5 PPG, the best mark in the league. The All Knighters sport the most fearsome trio in the league in Ariyana Cradle, CeCe Dennis and captain Saniyah Hall. Cradle is leading the team in scoring this season but all three of them are averaging 18.0 or more PPG this season, the first time any team has had three players averaging such high scoring marks 💸

If the All Knighters want to win a championship this season they will need to continue meeting the high standards they set for themselves in the regular season. The All Knighters absolutely dominated the paint, scoring a league best 52 PPG in the paint, and if they can continue that trend in the playoffs they will be well set for success. The All Knighters were masters of getting to the paint but they also pulled down a league best 19 offensive rebounds per game which gave them ample opportunity to punish opposing defenses 🫟

The All Knighters made a run to the semi-finals last season before their year came to a premature end at the hands of ISO WRLD. Now their individual talent and general physicality has the All Knighters sitting as the favorite to win the whole thing this weekend 😤

📍 Record: 2-0

📍 Points Per Game: 81.5 PPG

📍 Avg. Point Diff: +12.5 PPG

📍 Leading Scorer: Kate Harpring (24.0 PPG)

The Cold Hearts entered the season as the prohibitive favorites as the spiritual successor to last year’s champions, Double Dynasty. Led by captain Kate Harpring, the reigning MVP, they did nothing to dissuade the notion in their first two games that they are the team to beat this season. Harpring’s 24.0 PPG are leading all players this season, as she proved she can get a bucket anywhere and anytime on the floor 🥶

What might set the Cold Hearts apart from everyone else, is the team’s supporting cast. Addison Bjorn has taken a step forward as a scorer, averaging 17.0 PPG while shooting a blistering 57.1% from the field. Meanwhile, the Cold Hearts will have to overcome the loss of breakout player Ryan Carter, who led the team in assists, as she will not be playing this weekend 😮

The Cold Hearts are the only new team at Overtime Select this season but have been playing like a well oiled machine in their first year of action. They have a tough first test as they face last year’s finalist, ISO WRLD, in the semi-finals and they will lean heavily on their individual players championship pedigree to get back to the promised land 🏅

📍 Record: 2-1

📍 Points Per Game: 76.5 PPG

📍 Avg. Point Diff: -5.5

📍 Leading Scorer: Kaleena Smith (24.0 PPG)

Last year’s finalists experienced a bit of a scare in the second weekend of the regular season but now appear poised for another deep run. ISO WRLD got blown out by the All Knighters in the winner’s game and then trailed the Drifty Dreamerz 8-3 in the Bubble Breaker with their season on the line. However, to no one’s surprise, captain Kaleena Smith put on her cape and carried the team to victory, scoring ten of the team’s 15 points including the game-winner. Smith continues to be one of the absolute best players Overtime Select has to offer and she is now tasked with taking her squad to their first ever title 💪

ISO WRLD returned four players from last year’s finalist team and they are the team’s four leading scorers so far this season. Bella Flemings and Kelsi Andrews each sit with 19 points while Lola Lampley recorded 18 points between the two regular season games and the bubble breaker 🫧

ISO WRLD has a real tough first test in the Cold Hearts but they are one of the few teams with the firepower and experience to hang with them. If they want to capture their first ever championship they will need to be firing on all cylinders and Smith will need to firmly establish herself as the top player in the league 🚒

📍 Record: 2-1

📍 Points Per Game: 80.0 PPG

📍 Avg. Point Diff: +5.5 PPG

📍 Leading Scorer: Aaliah Spaight (19.0 PPG)

The surprise team of the league so far is Royal Reign, who made their run to the semi-finals without a single player ranked in the top ten of their class. After dropping their first game to YGE in overtime, Royal Reign went on an outstanding stretch where they downed RWE and then came back from down 10-2 to get their revenge over YGE in the bubble breaker. Aaliah Spaight has been a revelation for Royal Reign averaging a team best 19.0 PPG while looking like the most poised player every time she sets foot on the court 🐺

Royal Reign has made a name for themselves as the scrappiest team in the league, viewing no lead as insurmountable. There is perhaps no player that captures that ideology better than Bella Owumi. Owumi earned her spot on the team via the Overtime Select Dream Tryout and then against all odds has played a massive role, as the team’s second leading scorer 😴

Royal Reign may not have the star power of the other teams competing on championship weekend but they have already proved that they have as much heart as anyone. Facing off against the juggernaut All Knighters in the semi-finals it will take all of their heart to beat the odds ❤️

Players to Watch

Ariyana Cradle (All Knighters)

Ariyana Cradle, affectionately known as Peanut, is in her second season at Overtime Select and there is no player more worthy of the Most Improved title thus far. In her first season with the All Knighters, Cradle averaged a meager 4.3 PPG. In her second season, Cradle has upped that average to 20.5 PPG, the largest leap from any player between year one and two at OT Select. Now Cradle and her elite scoring prowess are tasked with carrying the All Knighters to their first ever finals appearance 🥜

Addison Bjorn (Cold Hearts)

Addison Bjorn made a major leap forward for the Cold Hearts this season to take her place as the second next to Kate Harpring. Bjorn went from averaging 5.0 APG in her first season with Royal Reign to averaging 17.0 PPG this season. Bjorn played a major role in the team’s comeback win over YGE in the winner’s game, scoring a team-high 26 points in the team’s win. Without Ryan Carter this weekend, even more of the scoring burden will fall on her shoulders 🆙

Nation Williams (ISO WRLD)

Nation Williams is a single woman wrecking crew in the paint, as she has absolutely dominated the glass so far this season. Williams is leading the league in rebounds per game at 13.5 RPG, making her one of just two women averaging double digit boards this season. She is also averaging an absurd 8.5 offensive boards per game, which is four more per game than the next closest to her in the league 🏋️

Aaliah Spaight (Royal Reign)

Aaliah Spaight is the unequivocal breakout star of season two of Overtime Select so far. Entering the season as the 77th ranked player in the class of 2026, Spaight has more than shattered those low expectations, as she is one of just two players leading her team in points, rebounds and assists this season (GG Banks, YGE). Spaight was unbelievable in the bubble breaker, scoring 12 of her team’s 15 points including the game-winning three-pointer to advance Royal Reign to the semi-finals 👑

🧮 One Stat For Each Team That Could Define the Weekend 🧮

🗜️ 14 SPG (All Knighters)

The All Knighters lead the team in a lot of statistics this season but their 14 steals per game may be the most impressive. The All Knighters have impressive size and length and that shines through on the defensive end, with their 14 SPG nearly double the next highest team in the league. The team’s offense stole most of the headlines this weekend but it was the defense that led to so many easy scoring opportunities for the All Knighters 🗜️

🔒 69.0 OPPG (Cold Hearts)

The Cold Hearts had the stingiest defense in the league in the regular season, holding their opponents to a lowly 69.0 points per game. The Cold Hearts are another team that thrived on the defensive end, particularly on fast breaks. The Cold Hearts turned the ball over 19 times per game, the most in the league, however, their fast break defense was elite as they managed to slow opportunities with their good communication and elite athleticism. They will need to either cut down on those turnover numbers or maintain their elite defensive prowess to stay in the win column this weekend 🔒

🎯 40.0% 3PT% (ISO WRLD)

ISO WRLD were an elite three-point shooting team, knocking down 40.0% of their attempts in the regular season which was the best mark in the league. Lola Lampley and Kesli Andrews have yet to miss a three this season while Bella Flemings has the second highest three-point percentage in the league for players who are attempting five or more threes per game. Expecting ISO WRLD to maintain this elite three-point shooting percentage is a lofty goal but ISO WRLD might just have the roster to maintain this rate 🎯

🤑 9.5 TPG (Royal Reign)

Royal Reign are the best team in the league at maintaining ball possession, as they averaged just 9.5 turnovers per game in the regular season, the fewest at Overtime Select. Royal Reign clearly values the little things that lead to winning and they have made ball possession a major priority. They lean on their lead ball-handler Aaliah Spaight to organize the offense and make sure they finish every possession with a shot 🤑
